Completing the form online is the easiest way for our directors to get your information as quickly as possible!
You will need to mark each section as complete. If the section is not applicable, feel free to leave fields blank or fill with a "." where required.
* If you need a paper copy mailed or emailed to you, call the Camp and Retreat Ministries registrar at (503) 802-9214 or email the camping office at registrar@gocamping.org. Complete this form and send it directly to the site at which you wish to volunteer.
Any volunteer over the age of 18 must initiate the process for a confidential criminal background check to be completed for Camp and Retreat Ministries of Oregon and Idaho. This check is required every year.
(3) Watch your email for a link to return to complete your online Medical form.
(4) Complete the Volunteering Opportunities page to sign up for specific dates to come and volunteer in the near future, if you have not already done so.
